Our Services

Dental Insurance

We accept most major private insurance plans. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment. We will, as a courtesy to you, submit all insurance claims for you. All attempts will be made so you receive full insurance benefits; however, the responsible person shown on our records, not the insurance carrier, is financially responsible for payment. We encourage you to contact us if your insurance company has not remitted payment within 30 days.

Most insurance plans cover only a portion of the dental fee. You are responsible for any deductible or estimated co-payment. Co-payments are due at time of service. Please keep us informed of any changes or updates in your insurance information.

If special arrangements are needed, please contact our office manager. We will discuss any and all options available to you. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your financial needs.

Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amerian Express as forms of payment. A $35 fee is charged for returned checks.

Kid-Friendly Dental Professionals

You should feel confident knowing that the dental professional treating your child has received specialized training in Pediatric Dentistry. We serve the families of Indiana including Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Zionsville and Indianapolis. Our goal is to treat your child as a member of our family and to provide a thorough visit each time they walk through our door. We will spend the necessary time answering all of your questions or concerns. We work as a team when it comes to your child’s care. The greatest compliment we can receive is your child looking forward to their next visit to our office.

dental sealantsSealants are made of clear or shaded plastic and are applied to the teeth to help keep them cavity-free.  They protect the grooved and pitted surfaces of the teeth, especially the chewing surfaces of the back teeth.  Food and bacteria build up in these crevices, which can result in tooth decay.  The sealant reduces the risk of decay by “sealing out” plaque and food.

nitrous oxideNitrous oxide/oxygen may be used to help an anxious child before or during treatment. It is a sedative agent that is both safe and effective. In addition, it works well for children whose gag reflex may interfere with their dental procedure.

We know that all children are not alike, and we tailor every service to our individual patients. Nitrous oxide/oxygen may not be effective for every child; especially those who experience discomfort wearing a nasal mask, have nasal congestion or have severe anxiety. We will review your child’s medical history, dental treatment needs, and level of anxiety and discuss our treatment recommendations with you prior to any treatment. Pediatric dentists have comprehensive specialty training, and we will offer other sedation methods to you if it is determined that nitrous oxide/oxygen is not right for your child.

We hope you will feel comfortable discussing your child’s treatment options with us so we may answer all of your questions, and discuss your concerns.

general anesthesiaGeneral anesthesia is a controlled state of unconsciousness that eliminates awareness, movement and discomfort during dental treatment.

General anesthesia may be indicated for children with extensive dental needs who are extremely fearful, anxious or uncooperative. It may also be helpful for children requiring significant surgical procedures or patients having special health care needs.
